Registration for the 29th International Epilepsy Congress is now closed.
Onsite registration will open on Sunday 28th August.
Registration Fees
Please note: Fees include Italian VAT (currently 20%)
Italian taxable customers wishing to avail of registration fees excluding vat, should send company letter headed paper, confirming the company name, address and vat number to registration@epilepsycongress.org. Once received, the registrations department will be in touch. Your VAT number will be verified and kept on file in accordance with the European VAT Directive.

Payment Options
Payments are only accepted in Euro. Payment can be provided by credit card, bank draft or bank transfer.
BY CREDIT CARD
Please use the on-line system to register by credit card using VISA, American Express or MasterCard.
BY BANK TRANSFER
Please contact registration@epilepsycongress.org for a bank transfer registration form.
The registration form has the complete bank details of how to make a transfer payment for registration.
All charges due on the bank transfer must be paid by the participant and a copy of the bank transfer receipt must be attached to the registration form and returned to registration@epilepsycongress.org or by fax to
+353 1 212 3576.

Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations will only be processed upon receipt of written notification. Currency exchanges are the responsibility of the registrant and the Congress Secretariat will accept no liability for money loss through bank charges, transfers or currency fluctuations. Registration forms not accompanied by the appropriate payments will not be honoured until full payment is received. Refunds will be settled within one month of the congress, in order to facilitate necessary organisational and logistic procedures.
Cancellation of registration fees is as follows:

| On or before 10th June 2011 | Registration fees refunded, less 30% |
| On or before 15th July 2011 | Registration fees refunded, less 60% |
| On or before 12th August 2011 | Registration fees refunded, less 80% |
| From 13th August 2011 | No refunds |
The name change fee (100.00 EUR after 1st June 2011) is not refundable at any time.

Name changes
Any name changes made after 1st
June 2011 will be subject to a surcharge of 100.00 EUR. This
surcharge is not refundable at
any time.Name changes should be requested in writing, detailing who is the delegate you wish to replace and providing full details for the new delegate you want to register (name, postal address and e-mail address). Written confirmation must be provided by the group organiser or delegate being replaced.
