Speakers have all been sent a link to their personal online portal (if you have not received it please contact speakers@epilepsycongress.org with no delay).
Local arrangements should be confirmed no later than June 12th. Please note that the number of rooms available for speakers at the congress venue is limited and rooms cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Should you have any other queries related to your participation in the 29th IEC, do not hesitate to contact the Congress Secretariat at speakers@epilepsycongress.org.

Please note that speakers will not be asked to submit abstracts to illustrate their talks during the 29th IEC.
